Robinson  House Behavioral and Empowerment

Cleveland Robinson is a licensed therapist who has been working with families and at-risk youth throughout the country to assist in strengthening bonds and improving communication. Cleveland's background in people empowerment began professionally when he worked as a community and economic developer for the City of Pahokee. There he was responsible for developing community connections in a extremely diverse population in South Florida.

        To date, Cleveland has worked to become a lead advocate for mental wellness within African American and minority communities. Bringing awareness to the importance of empathy and multicultural competencies for both clinical and non-clinical professionals  in order that people can begin to receive the help they need to improve their quality of life. Cleveland is the founder of Robinson House Behavioral Health in Lancaster, Texas where he serves clients with  various mental health diagnosis of all ages with a special emphasis on African American male adolescents. These services include individual counseling, family therapy, assessments and post dating stress symptoms.   

         In addition, Cleveland provides workshops and has become a sought after speaker in the topic of African American Mental Health and Male empowerment. To date he has presented at various academic and community outlets such as The University fo Florida, The University of New Mexico, The Martin Luther King Commission, Brewton Parker College, Palm Beach State College and various other organizations throughout the country. Stay tuned for more empowerment from Cleveland.
